Catherine Colan Muth Celebrates 30 Years Print E-mail

Cathy Muth 30 Year Anniversary

On September 29th, 2011 the Senior Managers of ORC gathered in the Charlotte office for a three day meeting. At the opening of the meeting, Stephen Toth presented Cathy Muth with an award for 30 years of service to ORC. The group celebrated with a trip to Lake Norman for a dinner on the waterfront. Cathy accepted the award with appreciation to her father who founded the company in 1969 and spoke of her appreciation for the privilege of working with and leading the best people in the industry. Here’s to 30 more years!

 
Senior Project Manager Benedict G. Ciravolo Print E-mail

O. R. Colan Associates announces the addition of Senior Project Manager Benedict G. Ciravolo, Esq. to our nationwide team of right-of-way professionals. Mr. Ciravolo will be leading ORC’s project team in Indianapolis, IN, and he will work closely with Chief Operating Officer Steve Toth and ORC’s Business Development team to strengthen our existing relationships within the State of Indiana.

Project Manager Tracy Jones Print E-mail

Tracy Jones ROW Project Manager

O. R. Colan Associates is pleased to announce the promotion of Tracy Jones to the role of Project Manager. Though Ms. Jones has managed many projects since joining ORC in 2009, she will formally transition into the role permanently, and she will direct ORC’s new Cincinnati office, where she will be responsible for program management of all projects assigned to our Southwestern Ohio team. She will also be responsible for business development, contracting, and employee recruitment in support of ORC’s Southwestern Ohio operations.

2010 Top 10 Winner of IRWA Project of the Year Print E-mail

ORC is thrilled to announce that we have been named among the IRWA’s top ten “Project of the Year” award winners for our performance on the Texas SH 130 Segments 1-6 Design-Build Project. ORC was selected as the lead right-of-way consultant by both design consultants (Lone Star Infrastructure on Segments 1-4; SH-130 Concession Company on Segments 5 & 6).

SH 130 is the largest highway project in Texas and the largest design-build transportation project in the United States. Our Team has managed all right-of-way acquisition activities associated with this important initiative since 2002.
